SCHOOL DAY

NURSERY

Nursery parents should take their child directly to the Nursery classroom between 8.30 am and 8.45 am. All Nursery children attend the first session of the day which ends at 11.45 am, when children may be collected. Thereafter, children may stay for lunch until 12.30 pm and then be collected, or continue in the afternoon session until 3.15 pm. After school care is also available, if necessary, until 6.00 pm. Lunch and afternoon sessions are booked half termly.

PRE-PREP

Pupils should arrive between 8.20 am and 8.30 am. This coincides with the start of the day throughout the school and enables parents with children in more than one class to easily drop children off. Collection times are staggered at the end of the school day to help keep traffic moving. There will be a supervised late room available each day until 3.45 pm, and after school care is available until 6.00 pm.

PREP

The Duty Teacher opens the school at 8.15 am. Children should not arrive before this time as the school cannot take responsibility for them. At the end of the day a member of staff will oversee the collection of pupils from the lower playground. There is a Late Room facility called Homework Club for children not attending a club whose parents are unable to take them home at 3.45 pm. This is a supervised homework session, and children should be collected at 4.45 pm. After school care is also available for pupils until 6.00 pm. Parents are asked to assist by ensuring that pupils arrive at school in good time for registration and are collected promptly after school activities.
